Help Wanted - New position to lead our Private-pay businessCapuano Home Health Care Inc., located in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, is actively recruiting for a Director of Private Services who will assist in growing Capuano's private-pay business.
Qualifications for the Director of Private Services position include but are not limited to:
Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in home health care and 1 year of experience working in a private-pay business
Comfort working with Microsoft Office Suite applications
Willing and able to learn Capuano's business systems
Marketing experience creating and implementing strategic programs to promote a company's business
Team player with great communication skills with clients and other company employees
Experience in effectively managing people

Our Nurse will
1. Visit your office to fill out the Home Care Referral Documentation or
2. Pick up the required information if your staff has already completed the forms.
3. Provide seamless transition of Quality care between your office and our Agency
4. Work with your staff and the client to complete a Comprehensive, Individualized Care Plan
5. Coordinate needed care with our team, including PT, OT, SW, HHAs, and Homemakers

Medication Management, Administration, and Teaching Wound Care
Diabetic Management and Teaching Blood Draws
